• Symptoms such as fever, coughing, sneezing, or suspected infection
• When drinking alcohol, bleeding from an injury, or feeling unwell
• Guests with severe allergies or underlying skin conditions.
• If you are pregnant with risk, or expecting to give birth soon.
• Guests with illnesses or undergoing treatment who do not have a doctor's permission for massage or esthetic treatment procedures.
• Areas of skin treated within 2 week of Botox, hyaluronic acid injections, or chemical peels.

• Should we be unable to reach you to confirm your reservation, it will unfortunately be considered invalid.
  In the event of a same-day cancellation, a fixed cancellation fee of 3,850 yen will be charged.
• Kindly understand that we are able to respond only during our salon’s business hours.

• Please also be aware that the course time includes the time required for changing your attire.
